This software is OSI Certified Open Source Software. But the Package Explorer still misses the "Show in Local Terminal" menu to directly access the Git terminal.Eclipse Project Release Notes 4.6 (Neon) Eclipse Project Release Notes Now the "Show in" menu contains the "Terminal" entry. I created a new workspace and imported the projects in a fresh workspace and can see a difference in the behavior. The explorer views behave the same in the Java perspective. I don't see the "Show in Local Terminal" menu nor the "Terminal" entry in the "Show in" menu. The "Show in" menu does not contain the "Terminal" entry. In a Java project I can see the "Show in Local Terminal" menu. In a non Java project I can see the "Show in Local Terminal" menu.
